This ambitious married mother of 7, also known as the Business Beauty Rebel, or #Mutha as some would call her, teaches business classes showing new and seasoned entrepreneurs how to start, maintain, and build credit for their business in real life and not social media life. Educating people has always been her passion and she has dedicated the past 10 years doing just that conducting live training classes, hosting workshops, hosting a business podcast show on Youtube, and being a keynote speaker at various empowerment events in the Cleveland area and abroad.

Lena Caldwell- Wilson is also the creator of Rebellious Beauty LLC which challenges people to try an alternative to popular skincare brands being offered today. Lena, whose name has become synonymous with event vending on the largest stage, has traveled to every major city in the Midwest and east coast promoting her business and managing to profit 30k in sales in 2019 and 50k in sales in 2020 in vending sales despite a crippling pandemic from simply vending. In 2017, Rebellious Beauty was converted into a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company recruiting 75 independent sales representatives in 5 different states to promote and sell the Rebellious Beauty Brand with no major marketing and no major sponsorship. Rebellious Beauty would go on to become the platinum sponsor of the Detroit Natural Hair Expo and Naomi: Women of Distinction Conference
